2nd Postponement for Start
of 2020 Spring Semester and Changes to Academic Calendar

As the
risk level for COVID-19 has been raised from “Warning” to “Serious”, K-Arts
announces further postponement for the start of the spring semester (1 week) and changed academic calendar as part
of endeavor to prevent the infection and spread, which will be followed by
constant monitoring of the situation.

□ Guidelines for Changed Schedule
o Classes missed due to the postponed start of
semester and absence of makeup weeks can be replaced with assignments, etc.
o Courses must continue to comply with
15-hour-per-credit policy despite the postponed start of semester and shortened
academic calendar.
o It is advised to count as attended (as absence of
leave, approved absence, etc.) for those in self-quarantine and students whose
arrival to Korea has been delayed.
