Actresses Kim Go-eun and Kim Shin-rok Wins Prizes at the 1st Blue Dragon Series Awards

At the 1st Blue Dragon Series Awards on 19 July, Kim Go-eun won the Best Leading Actress for her acting in Yumi’s Cells (2021), and Kim Shin-rok seized the Best Supporting Actress with Hellbound (2021). Both are alumni of the major in Acting in the School of Drama. TVING’s Yumi’s Cells (2021) starring Kim Go-eun was produced up to season 2 and ended amid its rising popularity. The series demonstrated the popularity of K-content by being broadcasted in over 160 countries in Europe, North America, and South East Asia. In Hellbound (2021), Kim Shin-rok was recognized as a scene stealer by depicting in detail the complex psychology of fear mingled with maternal instinct before death.
