K-Arts x Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation Host the 7th Dongpyeonje Gukak Festival


 

The 7th Dongpyeonje Gukak Festival, arranged by the Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation, supervised by the K-Arts, and sponsored by Namwon City in North Jeolla Province, took place in the Bijeon Village, Unbong-eup, Namwon from 2 to 3 October. 

 

To prevent the spread of the COVID-19, aside from the on-site festival for the villagers, the opening ceremony by the pansori band Leenalchi and the Tune and the closing ceremony by pansori masters Ahn Sooksun and Lee Bong-geun were live-streamed online through Naver TV. The VOD services for this event will be available through the official website and YouTube channel of the Art Village Project from 18 October to 17 November.

 

The Art Village Project is a social contribution project in arts and culture by the Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation and K-Arts. Since 2015, together with the locals of the art village, the project has promoted and shared the art values.
