2 Student Films from the School of Film, TV & Multimedia to be Screened at the Invitation of “Story A Cinema”

Directors Kim Hyungyu’s “Not Tears But Tears” (2023) and Yang Kahee’s “Toddler” (2023), the selections of the 2023 Youth Film Production Contest sponsored by the AT Lab and Amorepacific Empathy Foundation, were officially invited to the 2^nd independent art film screening, “story A cinema.”

The story A cinema, taking place from Wednesday, 2 October to Sunday, 13 October together with the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), is sponsored by the Amorepacific Empathy Foundation and Indieground. On the theme of “Youth and Empathy,” the 24 special short films on 5 keywords, “youth, concern, consolation, growth, and challenge,” will be screened in Busan.

Director Lee Sngmoo of AT Lab, K-Arts (School of Film, TV & Multimedia) stated, “It was the fruit of an academic-industrial cooperation project that combined the corporation’s will to contribute to the society and K-Arts students’ creative endeavors.”
