KRIGA Hosts a Panel Talk, “Time to Encounter Self: Stage, Somewhere Between Flutter and Fear"
On 16 September, the Korea National Research
Institute for the Gifted in Arts (KRIGA) gives a panel talk, “Time to Encounter
Self: Stage, Somewhere Between Flutter and Fear.” Founded in 2005 based on an
enactment on prodigy education, the KNIGA is a national institution responsible
for art prodigy research and education. To discover and foster creative talents
to be future leaders, the KNIGA runs various research programs such as recruiting
art prodigies, developing curricula or evaluation models, and training instructors.
While the panel talk was arranged based on specific research on top young talents in music and dance, it focuses on dealing with the stage fright they undergo. The experts will illuminate the reasons and solutions for the issue from various angles and with the audience seek a policy plan that can be practically applied.
