K-Arts Enters the MOU on Cooperation for Fostering the Talents in Virtual Production

On 18 August, K-Arts signed an MOU with the VA Studio Hanam Co., the largest virtual production facility in Asia, which leads the advancement of the media content of the next generation. As per the MOU, both institutions are going to co-develop a curriculum for virtual production education, aimed to be provided in the latter half of 2023. They are also planning on pursuing an exchange of workshop programs and researchers.

The VA Studio Hanam Co. agreed to fund students making short and feature-length films. Additionally, the company consented to fully support the virtual production procedure in all aspects, including filming, film infrastructure, human resources, technology, and mentoring programs. Through keen cooperation, both institutions are expected to reinforce their competence in the virtual production industry.
