and KAIST Concludes the MOU on Cooperation in Education and Research
On Thursday, 6 January, at the KAIST Auditorium, the K-Arts, and KAIST signed the MOU on cooperating in education and research. According to the MOU, the two institutions will mutually support each other’s various experiments in integrating art cultures and advanced technology.
After signing the MOU,
soprano, and professor Jo Sumi of the Graduate School of Culture Technology at
KAIST and baritone Chris W. Young presented a performance in collaboration with
the VirtuosoNet, an AI pianist developed by the KAIST.
From now on, both
institutions will together try to expand and integrate art cultures and
cutting-edge technology by various means through faculty exchange, student
exchange and cooperative education programs, the co-operation of research labs,
co-host of academic symposiums, co-production of integrating art-technology
contents.
